YOU, AS THE USER, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FILES YOU UPLOAD AND THEIR CONTENT. convert-bridge.com DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USAGE OF THE SERVICE OR THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IT.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service outlined in this user agreement ("the Terms" or "the Agreement"), regardless of whether you become a registered user of the Service. Convert Bridge offers an online file conversion service ("Service") that enables users to convert files from one format to another. Users can easily convert their files by uploading the desired file and selecting the desired output format on the Website. The conversion process is facilitated through our advanced file conversion technology. The accuracy and quality of the converted file depend on the input file's format and the chosen output format. Users are responsible for ensuring the suitability and compatibility of the files for conversion.

2. Accounts and Security

To access the Services, you must have an account. You must maintain and are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password. If requested, you must provide us with a form of identification to verify your identity.

You may not use our Services if:

• Children are not eligible to use our Services, and we ask that anyone under the age of 18 years old not submit any personal information to us. Our Services are not directed at anyone under the age of 18 years old. We also do not collect or maintain personally identifiable information from those Users who we know are under the age of 18 years old. Should we learn or be notified that we have collected information from Users under the age of 18 years old, we will immediately delete such personally identifiable information.
• You have previously been banned from using our Services or similar services.

• When you sign up, you will become a Member of the particular brand of the Services for which you have registered.

• All Users undertake not to use another Member's login information or any other personal information of another User.
• Any breach of these provisions may lead to the cancellation of a Member's Membership.
• Each Member shall take care not to disclose strictly personal information.
• We will take any necessary measures to halt fraudulent behavior.
• Each User undertakes not to carry out any action likely to hinder the operation of the Services and undertakes not to disseminate or arrange for the dissemination of viruses, spam, logic bombs, software Websites, etc.

4. Paid Features

You may purchase a paid Membership for one or more of the products offered by the Company. Your paid Membership will only give you access to the particular Company product for which you have registered. You will not be a Member of those other Services without registering for them specifically.

• The price and payment procedures are permanently accessible on the Websites.
• All prices stated include all relevant local taxes.
• We reserve the right to change the cost of any of our Services. If you are not happy with the cost of any Services, you may cancel your Membership in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, no refunds will be offered (except in exceptional circumstances such as major service failures). There will be no refund of any payment made by you for a paid Membership if you haven't canceled your contract according to these Terms of Use.

5. Trial Period

convert-bridge.com provides users with a 1-day free trial subscription to access all premium features, which include but are not limited to displaying converted files, fast file processing, downloading converted files, and more.

• During the trial period, users may observe a temporary charge of $0.00 to $1.00 in their bank account or transaction report after initiating the free trial. This charge serves as a card authorization fee, which will be held temporarily and released back to the user upon the conclusion of the trial period.
• If the subscription is not canceled within 1 day, the user will be charged the recurring price of $4.99 per month, as indicated on the website before the subscription starts, on a recurring basis. The recurring subscription payments will be charged via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another authorized service when the 1-day free trial ends.

6. Automatic Renewal

We automatically renew all paid Memberships before the expiration of the term of the paid Membership (where permitted by applicable law). When you first subscribe for your paid Membership, you acknowledge that when your paid Membership expires it will automatically renew for the duration and at the cost indicated to you at your initial purchase. Where required by applicable law, the renewal date will be specified in a renewal notice provided to you. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIP TO AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCESS SET OUT BELOW IN THESE TERMS OF USE.

7. Cancellation Of Automatic Renewal

If you are a paying Member and you did not cancel your subscription you may apply for cancellation at the latest 24 hours before the date of renewal of the subscription. If you cancel your paid membership less than 24 hours before the expiry of the term of your paid Membership, your paid Membership will be automatically renewed in accordance with these Terms of Use (where allowed by applicable law).

THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR PAID MEMBERSHIP WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUND IS APPLICABLE UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW OR THESE TERMS OF USE ARE OTHERWISE PROVIDED.

8. Cancellation Of Your Membership by Convert Bridge

If we cancel a Member's Membership for that Member's breach of these Terms of Use, the Member shall not be entitled to a refund for the period remaining to elapse until the expiry of the account, without prejudice to any damages sought by us as compensation for the loss suffered.

9. Content Rights and Licenses

• The Services and all content (except user content) are the property of Convert Bridge and protected by copyright and other laws.

CONVERT BRIDGE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTS, OMISSIONS AND CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convert Bridge is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. If a court decides Convert Bridge is responsible for any damages, any award for damages shall not exceed the total amount of payments paid by you during the previous one-year period to Convert Bridge in connection with the services relating to such liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Convert Bridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Convert Bridge regarding the Service.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

23. No Waiver

No waiver of any provision is valid unless in writing and signed. Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.

24. No Class Actions

You and Convert Bridge agree that there will be no class arbitration or class actions.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
